Product Development Manager for Financial Solutions

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager (all genders) who is enthusiastic about creating top-tier fintech applications. Position Overview:

- Team/Product: Open Finance & PSD2 / PSD3 API

Key Responsibilities:
- Vision and Strategy Development: Formulate the product's vision and strategic direction.
- Product Discovery: Collaborate with users to define product features, values, and requirements.
- Product Development: Oversee all phases of product development alongside your agile team, from conception to implementation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Support, IT Operations, and Engineering.
- Customer and Partner Engagement: Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our clients and partners.
- Reporting: Provide updates directly to the VP of Product.
- Educational Background: A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of five years in a business analyst or product manager role within the B2B sector.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A strong focus on customer needs and experience in product discovery.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
- Finance and Technology Affinity: A keen interest in finance, technology, and digital transformation.
- Proactive and Pragmatic: A natural inclination towards proactive work and practical solutions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in the financial sector
- Understanding of compliance regulations, particularly PSD2 / PSD3 / PSR & FIDA
- Familiarity with APIs
- Knowledge of digital processes in fintech and financial services
- Certification as a Scrum Product Owner / Scrum Master
