Financial Development Manager

About the Role
As a Financial Development Manager at Wolt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with our finance process owners to design and implement processes that meet internal and external compliance requirements, while also promoting scalability and harmonized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage development initiatives on the Product side and act as a single point of contact for the finance area towards other stakeholders.
- Manage and drive projects, ensuring efficient project management between Product and finance.
- Focus on invoicing and order to cash related processes, but also contribute to a wide range of projects and process development initiatives across the company.
- Support internal customers with issue scoping and making actionable plans to successfully implement development initiatives.
- Challenge the ways in which we operate our finance processes and propose solutions for increasing efficiency or quality, and drive harmonized end-to-end processes.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise and experience in financial process development, particularly in invoicing and order to cash processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects forward and ensure efficient project management between Product and finance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
