Membership Assistant for Data Processing

The Berlin Capital Club, a leading private business club, is seeking a highly skilled Membership Assistant for Data Processing to join its team. As a key member of the club's staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the club's operations and providing exceptional service to its members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior staff in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate and organize customer appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Conduct thorough research online and in print media to gather relevant information and data.
  • Accurately document and process data, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain existing master data, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Demonstrate excellent German language skills, as well as good written and spoken English skills, and proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Prepare and create mailings, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Assist with planning and executing internal events, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent administrative experience.
  • One to two years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent German language skills, with good written and spoken English skills.
