Sales Trainee Position in the Medical Technology Sector
We are seeking a Sales Trainee to become a part of our organization in the medical technology sector. If you possess a strong interest in sales and thrive in customer interactions, this role may be an excellent fit for you.
This role includes a thorough training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills for various sales functions, ultimately leading to the management of a sales territory. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in various sales functions
- Preparing and facilitating product demonstrations
- Accompanying seasoned sales representatives on client visits
- Observing surgical procedures in healthcare facilities
- Engaging in marketing initiatives such as trade shows and exhibitions
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Participating in negotiation processes
- Managing bids and tender submissions
- Shadowing in relevant administrative departments
Your Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for sales with the ability to influence and engage others
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as Medical Technology, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in medical technology, sales, or healthcare is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for networking
- Ambitious, results-driven, and eager to learn
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of reliability
- Proficient in both German and English
- Valid driver's license
