Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Schwarz IT. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including vendors and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Agile methodologies
