ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you enthusiastic about the role of brands in driving business success? Do you wish to explore the intricacies of global brand strategy and local activation? As part of our brand strategy and reputation team, you will engage with various stakeholders worldwide to fortify the BASF brand. Your contributions will be vital in shaping our branding initiatives and enhancing our market reputation.

  • Collaborate with brand community members to advance innovative brand strategy projects from inception to execution.
  • Bring forth creative ideas to elevate our brand perception both internally and externally.
  • Utilize existing content and integrate your ideas while preparing and conducting workshops and presentations for management.
  • Gain valuable insights into brand management and corporate design topics aligned with the BASF umbrella brand.
  • Conduct thorough desk research and data analysis to identify strategic priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Self-driven mindset with the capability to manage topics independently.
  • Creative thinking combined with analytical skills to understand and implement brand strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with content management systems.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
