About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Working Student Brand Strategy and Reputation Development. As a key member of our Communications & Government Relations Unit, you will play a crucial role in shaping our branding strategies and enhancing our company's reputation on the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive forward exciting brand strategy projects from concept to implementation.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our brand perception – internally and externally.
  • Integrate creative concepts into workshops and management presentations.
  • Gain insights on how we consult on brand management and corporate design topics in line with the BASF umbrella brand.
  • Conduct desk research and data analysis to derive strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in the field of marketing, communications, or related studies.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to motivate and inspire.
  • Mindset and ability to drive topics independently.
  • Creativity combined with analytical and conceptual thinking to understand, address, and implement brand measures.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and content management systems.
  • Fluency in English and German will be an added advantage.
