Digital Pathology AI Expert

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and clinically validate deep learning algorithms in digital pathology to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes.
- Optimize models and analyses for sustainability and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Expand knowledge of pathology through applications of explainability and interpretability, enhancing the understanding of complex diseases.
- Apply techniques and conduct extensive feature analysis to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Evaluate, present, and interpret results, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Independently review the literature to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital pathology and AI.
- Manage data effectively, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security.
Requirements
- Hold a graduate degree (Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, statistics, bioinformatics, physics, or mathematics.
- Desirable: Advanced programming skills, experience with high-performance computing, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (Level C2 or higher).
- Strong motivation, enthusiasm for applied clinical research, and above-average commitment.
