eBay is seeking a Senior Manager to join our Partner Network's global team. In this role, you will drive strategic development across Product Listings Ads (PLA) and support business needs and priorities across key regions and markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute global PLA strategies to drive business growth and optimize partner performance
- Collaborate with account managers, country leads, and product teams to translate business needs into creative strategies
- Conduct market research to identify PLA market trends and develop proactive strategies to address them
- Identify and onboard new global partners into the program
- Manage and analyze partner capabilities to identify opportunities for future optimization
- Provide expertise in PLA offerings and propositions across markets to support account management and product teams
- Proven experience in PLA product landscape and Bing catalogue process
- Direct P&L responsibilities overseeing a marketing channel preferred; experience with variable spend budget a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience leading a team of account managers to hit bold goals in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong understanding of internet marketing and promotional methods such as PPC, SEO, Social, Loyalty, etc.
- Existing partner relationships within the digital and performance marketing industry
- Ability to multitask and execute plans; detail oriented and can hit ambitious goals in a fast-pace environment
- Availability for regular travel throughout Europe
- Budget management experience and direct P&L responsibilities preferred
