Product Manager

As a Product Owner at Arendt & Medernach, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch. This includes gathering requirements, overseeing delivery stages, and managing product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design product strategy for the HR & learning flagship, aligning with business goals and user needs;
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify areas for improvement;
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain a deep understanding of the HR and learning landscapes;
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop business cases to support them;
- Manage proof of concepts and prototypes, and act as a business representative during new product delivery;
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate these to the development team;
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring solutions align with user demands and company goals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and implementation;
- Organise product on-boarding, and track and report on product performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, or substantial experience in HR and learning functions with a strong grasp of product management processes;
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile methodology certification is highly desirable;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create visionary solutions and execute them;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and facilitating effective collaboration;
- Experience in using product management tools and methodologies to manage complex product developments.
