Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are properly maintained, fueled, and delivered to customers on time.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Handover and return of high-quality vehicles, ensuring that all vehicles are properly cleaned and prepared for customer use.
- Customer Briefing: Provide customers with a comprehensive briefing on the vehicle's features, including navigation systems and other essential information.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular safety checks, refueling, and maintenance tasks to ensure the vehicles are in excellent condition.
- Delivery and Collection: Deliver and collect vehicles to/from customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, Class B (minimum 2 years, including accompanied driving), ideally C1 / Class 3.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, with desirable English language skills.
- Technical Affinity: Possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and be able to learn new skills quickly.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate a friendly and approachable attitude towards customers, providing excellent service and support.
