Aggregate Order Dispatcher

Holcim Kies und Splitt GmbH is seeking a dedicated and organized Aggregate Order Dispatcher to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of orders and customer satisfaction within our construction materials supply chain.
As an Aggregate Order Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to fulfillment. Your key duties will include processing orders efficiently, monitoring order progress, and acting as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to the transition of customers towards digital order processing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly within our system.
- Monitor order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and communication.
- Support the implementation and adoption of digital order processing systems.
Our Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or dispatch is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
