Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Disponent for Order Management and Quarry Operations to join our team at Holcim Kies und Splitt GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of orders and materials in our quarry operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process customer orders in our dispatch system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve any issues or concerns related to order management and quarry operations.
  • Monitor and control the inventory levels of materials in our quarry operations, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in our quarry operations.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to implement new technologies and systems to support our quarry operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or logistics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
