Your Responsibilities
  • You will work flexibly in interdisciplinary project teams with clients and Syncwork employees, either on-site at our clients' locations or from our office or home office.
  • You will manage and analyze large data sets and develop intelligent algorithms.
  • You will support the analysis, design, and prototyping of innovative reporting and planning solutions for corporate management using Business Intelligence.
  • You will design and implement innovative solutions in the areas of Industry 4.0, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • You will analyze strategies, organizational and cost structures, and processes.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies in Business Administration (BWL, VWL), Business Informatics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable study program, or have completed your vocational training with a banking background.
  • You ideally have practical experience in the field of Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and Data Analytics, and have a passion for new technologies and digital trends.
  • You have a strong background in programming languages (e.g., R, Python), database systems (e.g., SQL), or cloud technologies (MS Azure, IBM Bluemix).
  • You think analytically and approach tasks systematically and structurally.
  • You have good German and English language skills.
  • You want to contribute to project success through your commitment and embody our company culture characterized by teamwork, flexibility, and a drive for success.
