Electrical Maintenance Technician

In addition to maintenance, we offer new construction and modernization services for residential buildings.
We are seeking a skilled Energie- und Gebäudetechnik Electrician to join our team in Berlin. As an Electrician at Vonovia, you will be responsible for performing individual repairs, addressing insurance claims, and modernizing entire apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform individual repairs, including replacing defective switches and outlets, and repairing doorbell/intercom systems.
- Conduct troubleshooting and VDE inspections, including assessing and testing the electrical system of a rental property (E-Check).
- Handle power outages and perform maintenance tasks, including renewing all electrical wiring.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid certification as an Electrician specializing in Energie- und Gebäudetechnik or a similar field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility, dedication, and the ability to work independently.
- Maintain a customer-friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
- Possess excellent communication skills in German (at least C1 level).
- Hold a Class B driver's license.
