We are looking for a motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building technology and electrical engineering, with a focus on maintenance and repair. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and resolving technical issues and performing safety inspections
- Planning, managing, and executing maintenance and repair tasks
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs, including electrical work
- Ensuring the overall condition of the building and its systems
- Operating and maintaining building systems and equipment
- Documenting work performed and maintaining records
- Ensuring compliance with internal and technical standards
- Reviewing and processing maintenance records and reports
The successful candidate will have:
- A completed apprenticeship or equivalent training in building technology or electrical engineering
- Desirable: relevant work experience
- Strong technical knowledge and practical skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
- Hands-on approach and problem-solving skills
