About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work. The successful candidate will work closely with our Founders and management team to provide administrative support and contribute to the development of new management and governance documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, including providing administrative support and contributing to the development of new management and governance documentation.
- Assist with the annual planning and strategy processes, including documentation and reporting.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of new management and governance documentation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with drafting and updating internal documentation and preparing presentations for management.
- Provide project management support to our corporate governance and strategy workstreams.
- Work closely with various stakeholders and functions across Scalable Capital to provide templates and guidance on governance-related deliverables.
Requirements
- You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- You have first experience in project management activities.
- You have a strong interest in navigating the German regulatory landscape.
- You have initial knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements (BAIT, MaRisk, etc.).
- You have a strong interest in compliance, governance, and controlling topics.
- You have the ability to work detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- You have first experience in reviewing and writing governance documentation for regulated firms.
- You are still enrolled at a German university until at least October 2025.
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
