Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Desktop-Support-Mitarbeiter, der sich auf die Bereitstellung von technischer Unterstützung für unsere Kunden konzentriert. Der Kandidat sollte über eine umfassende Erfahrung im IT-Support in einer Microsoft-Umgebung verfügen und ein Verständnis von Infrastruktur-, Desktop- und Anwendungstechnologien sowie -architektur haben.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Technischer Support für Kunden über den Global Service Desk, Microsoft Teams-Anrufe und Vor-Ort-Desk-Besuche
  • Support und Fehlerbehebung für Software sowie Unterstützung und Schulung von Benutzern in gängigen Anwendungen, einschließlich O365
  • Konfigurieren, Testen, Bereitstellen und Fehlerbehebung von Desktops/Laptops und Peripheriegeräten
  • Praktische Unterstützung für kabelgebundene und kabellose Netzwerke, Fernzugriff, VPN und Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten mit IT-Anbietern, anderen Abteilungen und Kern-IT-Teams zusammen
Profil und Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support in einer Microsoft-Umgebung (Windows 10/11, Office 365, Sharepoint, Teams und AV) sowie mit Server-, Netzwerk- und Telefonietechnologien, Mobile Computing
  • Verständnis von Infrastruktur-, Desktop- und Anwendungstechnologien und -architektur
  • Vertraut mit Netzwerken und allen unterstützten Betriebssystemplatformen sowie mit O365-Konzepten
  • Zertifizierung von ITIL v4/4 Foundation (wünschenswert)
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas, einschließlich Großbritannien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
