We are seeking a dedicated HR Specialist / Personnel Officer (m/f/d) for a part-time role, who will serve as the primary point of contact for team members and act as a liaison with various stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

  • Employee support at our location
  • Management of the complete recruitment process
  • Development of strategies for employee retention and support/advising employees
  • Organization and coordination of training sessions
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Preparation of employment contracts and reports
  • Responsibility for individual HR projects

Essential qualifications:

  • Commercial vocational training or a completed degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
  • Initial professional experience in HR work and employee support
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Good command of the German language
  • Strong team and communication skills

Desirable qualifications:

  • A willingness to think outside the box and advocate for your ideas
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
