Auria Solutions GmbH is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations
- Draft and maintain HR documentation including employment agreements, amendments, and certificates
- Prepare and analyze HR statistics and reports
- Act as the Internal Training Coordinator: oversee vocational training, recruit and mentor trainees, and represent the organization at career and training expos
- Assist in the development of personnel enhancement initiatives
- Support year-end processes including reporting and compliance checks
- Foster a collaborative relationship with the works council
- Plan and execute various HR projects
Additional Responsibilities (if suitable and tech-savvy):
- Enhance and optimize HR processes within our systems (Dayforce and Accurat)
- Develop and modify reporting tools
- Maintain and adjust system functionalities
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with a specialization in HR or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR and labor regulations
- Experience in coordinating training programs, ideally with a trainer certification
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software
- Fluent in both German and English
- Ability to work independently with a meticulous and organized approach
- Confident and persuasive communication skills
- Team-oriented, dependable, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong social skills and assertiveness
