About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional ACES Manager to join our Country ACES and Quality team at Amazon Deutschland E8 Transport GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex and business-critical topics, providing exceptional customer experience in last mile delivery, and driving growth and change in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, quality, and safety through standardization and improvement of operational processes at the regional level.
  • Manage a team of Station ACES Managers and Field Quality Assurance Specialists, providing strategic and tactical guidance to ensure alignment with country-level strategies.
  • Develop and implement performance management plans to achieve ACES targets in your region, focusing on data and KPIs at daily and weekly levels.
About the Team

At Amazon Logistics (AMZL), we are building a world-class last mile operation where the Country ACES and Quality team plays a critical role. We work tirelessly to fulfill our customers' needs and delight them with a consistent but customized delivery experience. Our goal is to achieve Process Excellence and Standardization, reducing defects and customer concessions.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree
  • Operational experience
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholders engagement
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience in program management, customer research, and analytics, and/or customer experience/success
  • Fluent German and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques)
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel in France
