Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Application Development-Abteilung leitet und unsere Mitarbeiter bei der Umsetzung von Projekten unterstützt.

Hauptraumfelder
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Die Führungskraft übernimmt die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter, einschließlich der Begleitung durch Veränderungsprozesse und der Themen wie Teamentwicklung, Konfliktmanagement und Mitarbeiterkapazitätsplanung.
  • Tool- und Technologiemanagement: Die Führungskraft ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung der notwendigen Tools und Kompetenzen für das Team, um zukunftssicher aufgestellt zu sein und die technischen Produkt-Roadmaps bedienen zu können.
  • Interdisziplinäre Kommunikation: Die Führungskraft stellt die fach- und IT-übergreifende Kommunikation sicher und analysiert in Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern Prozesse mit Fokus auf Optimierungspotenziale.
  • Ressourcenmanagement: Die Führungskraft kümmermt sich um die proaktive Abstimmung mit Product Owners und Projektleitern, die Erstellung einer mittelfristigen Ressourcenplanung basierend auf den Bedarfen und Product Roadmaps sowie die Beschaffung, Bereitstellung und Steuerung externer Ressourcen.
  • Projekt- und Zeitplanmanagement: Die Führungskraft hat das Kostenmanagement konstant im Auge, überwacht Maßnahmen und stellt eine effiziente Betriebsstruktur sicher.
