Technical Automation Specialist

Join our team of innovative professionals as a Technical Presales Consultant and play a key role in shaping the future of IT automation. As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will have the unique opportunity to showcase the power of ScriptRunner's automation software and drive efficiency in IT infrastructures.
Your Responsibilities- Present our automation software to customers and prospects, highlighting its capabilities and benefits.
- Support the implementation of our solution, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Identify automation use cases with existing customers to advance their automation journey and improve IT processes.
- Collaborate with our International Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, with a strong focus on the North American region.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to pre-qualify sales leads into opportunities and drive business growth.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Teams.
- Experience integrating third-party systems via REST API interfaces, such as PRTG, ServiceNow, or Matrix42.
- PowerShell expertise is preferred, but not required - we offer training and support to help you develop your skills.
- Success in client-facing B2B roles and software solutions, with a proven track record of driving sales and growth.
- Training may involve a brief stay in Germany at our headquarters, where you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team and gain valuable insights into our business.
