As a Senior CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our CRM campaign strategy. This includes overseeing the creation and management of comprehensive campaigns across various channels such as email, push notifications, and onsite communications, all aimed at delivering an exceptional user experience. Your role will involve crafting highly personalized and targeted messages for customers and leads, thereby enhancing engagement through meaningful interactions. Furthermore, you will explore innovative methods to improve efficiency through automation, support lead generation and subscriber growth, and play a key role in initiatives focused on customer retention and CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Marketing Automation: Take charge of all marketing automation initiatives, directing the strategy, execution, and refinement of campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance personalization, segmentation, and customer journey improvements that boost retention and lifetime value.
  • Boost Customer Engagement: Gain a thorough understanding of various customer segments and devise strategies that promote significant, value-oriented interactions through tailored communications that resonate with each demographic.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Perform comprehensive analyses to build business cases, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and prioritize actions that yield the highest potential for long-term customer value and business impact.
  • Manage Projects and Drive Results: Oversee projects from inception to completion, defining clear creative and technical requirements, establishing timelines, and securing necessary resources. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support Major Initiatives: Assist the Head of Retention in implementing significant projects, such as referral and loyalty programs, working closely with Product and other departments to ensure seamless integration into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Continuously seek opportunities to automate, standardize, and streamline processes. Implement solutions that reduce redundancy and improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Skilled in customer data analysis, developing strategies to improve conversion and retention, with a proven track record in reducing churn and enhancing loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills, experienced in A/B testing and utilizing KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach, with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and project management.
  • Experienced project manager with a background in coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or sustainability is advantageous.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and MySQL is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
