Position: Supply Chain Operations - Cluster Lead (m/w/d)
- As a vital member of the Cluster Supply Chain leadership team, you will oversee SC Operations activities, which include:
- Management of Product/Customer Master Data;
- Ensuring stock availability and inventory alignment within the Perrigo system and with third-party logistics (3PL);
- Conducting periodic stock counts;
- Overseeing 3PL management, including cost control for warehousing and freight;
- Coordinating co-packing activities;
- Implementing cost-saving initiatives;
- Meeting external reporting requirements to support SC operations (e.g., GS1 data pools, recycling systems, intrastat, etc.).
- Lead the Supply Chain and Operations team, ensuring standardized processes across all markets.
- Define and manage monthly, weekly, and daily SC routines, such as:
- Weekly out-of-stock (OOS) projections and root cause analysis shared with the commercial team;
- Weekly monitoring of batches received but not yet released;
- Monthly cost control of 3PL services in accordance with service level agreements, focusing on storage, handling, transport, and co-packing.
- Implement best practices established by the Center of Excellence across all markets.
- Take responsibility for operational expenditure related to distribution and freight-out costs, including budget preparation, assumptions, and monthly tracking of actual costs along with fiscal year projections.
- Act as the primary contact for stock projection, stock availability, and OOS issues within the Cluster.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning.
- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Proven experience in people management.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and SAP IBP.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a motivated and dynamic team.
- Engagement in varied and interesting tasks.
