This role will play a critical part in supporting our sales and revenue objectives by ensuring reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations across the cluster. You will collaborate with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply-related topics, including logistics, stock management, master data, and 3PL relationships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Operations professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing product/customer master data and ensuring accurate inventory alignment in Perrigo's system and 3PL partners;
  • Coordinating periodic stock counts and maintaining effective 3PL relationships to ensure cost-effective service levels;
  • Leading the SC&Ops team and standardizing processes across all markets;
  • Defining and implementing monthly, weekly, and daily SC routines, including OOS projections, batch control, and 3PL cost controlling;
  • Implementing best practices from the CoE across all markets and ensuring Opex Distribution Costs & Freight-out Costs are accurately tracked and projected.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in demand planning and 10+ years in supply chain management;
  • Experience in people management and fluency in German and English;
  • A Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering, or a related field;
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, ERP, and SAP IBP.
Location

This role is based in Stuttgart or Warsaw, with opportunities for remote work.
