Wir suchen einen engagierten IT-Projektkoordinator (m/w/d), der unser Team bei der erfolgreichen Durchführung von IT-Initiativen unterstützt. Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner:in für alle Belange, die die Organisation, das Team, den Zeitrahmen und das Budget eines Projekts betreffen. Als Motivator:in führst du dein Projektteam und stellst sicher, dass die angestrebten Ergebnisse erreicht werden.

In der Rolle des IT Project Coordinators bist Du verantwortlich für Digitalisierungsprojekte unter Verwendung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Cloud-Technologie). Dies beinhaltet die Vorbereitung, Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von nationalen und internationalen Initiativen. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den Erfolg der Projekte hinsichtlich Umfang, Zeit, Rentabilität, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit. Du stehst in engem Kontakt mit unseren Kunden sowie unserem Management-Team und leitest die Projektteams eigenverantwortlich gemäß der vereinbarten Planung. Du bist zuständig für das Ressourcen-, Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement (Änderungsmanagement) der dir zugewiesenen Projekte. Du übernimmst die interne und externe Gesamtkommunikation sowie das Berichtswesen und nimmst an Lenkungsausschuss- und Strategiemeetings teil. Anforderungen

Du bringst mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Software/Cloud (SaaS) Implementierungsprojekten mit. Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Standards (Prince2, SureStep, PMI, GPM, etc.), idealerweise auch in agilen Umfeldern. Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, Microsoft Dynamics 365 oder vergleichbaren Lösungen sind wünschenswert. Du verstehst es, Projektteams (zwischen ca. 5 und 15 Mitarbeiter:innen) zu leiten, zu motivieren und zielgerichtet zum Erfolg zu führen. Du überzeugst durch Präsentationssicherheit und Erfahrung im Konfliktmanagement. Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Schwerpunkt Informatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Naturwissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse. Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft.
