The company's growth strategy is driven by the underlying belief that a scalable player with highly specialized products and services focused on niche markets is best positioned to win.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to orchestrate the setting and execution of company goals and strategy across all portfolio software company dimensions (product, marketing and sales, and customer success), ensuring optimum operational, managerial, and financial performance, and delivering more value to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 15-20 years in the software development industry, with at least 10 years in executive leadership positions, including Private Equity backed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans to ensure profitability and growth
Requirements
  • 15-20 years of experience in the software development industry
  • At least 10 years of experience in executive leadership positions, including Private Equity backed companies
  • Experience with both SMB and mid-market software, with an emphasis on SMB
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer retention
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
