The Small Animal Clinic of the Animal Hospital Freie Universität Berlin is a leading institution in the field of small animal and pet medicine, providing comprehensive teaching and research activities, as well as medical care for all types of small pets and small wild animals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide veterinary care for outpatients, inpatients, and surgical patients in the field of anaesthesia and pain management
• Teach and train veterinary specialists and residents in the field of small animal and pet anesthesia
• Conduct research in the field of small animal anesthesia
• Organize and provide veterinary care for outpatients, inpatients, and surgical patients in the field of anaesthesia and pain management
Requirements:
• Specialist veterinarian of Anaesthesia and Analgesia or Diplomate of the European / American College of Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia (ECVAA/ACVAA)
• Doctorate in veterinary medicine
• Veterinary license to practice medicine as well as at least three years of experience in veterinary anaesthesia (full-time employment) after the completion of the university degree
