Sales Representative

Samsung Electro Mechanics GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Eschborn near Frankfurt am Main. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling sales orders, managing delivery and price updates, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct communication with customers via email, messenger, and phone for all business inquiries
- Handling sales orders and backlog management
- Manage delivery and regular price updates
- Prepare RMA – Credit-/Debit notes
- Registration of customer part numbers
- Manage demand forecast
- Follow up internal sales process in SAP
- Coordination of monthly sales goals in a team environment
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong handling of common MS Office Excel and MS Office programs
- Structured, responsible, independent, and proactive way of working
- Distinct analysis and teamwork skills, customer service, and solution-oriented appearance
- Fluent English and German language skills, spoken and written
- SAP experience
