About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at BIOTYPE GmbH. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of market entry and product sales strategies for our molecular diagnostics assays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market entry and product sales strategies in coordination with global sales teams
  • Lead and coordinate key projects, representing the company and product lines at conferences, webinars, and other industry events
  • Implement and coordinate product developments from product idea to product launch
  • Establish business plans and business case reports
  • Create and provide product-related marketing material
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management in molecular diagnostics, ideally in the field of oncology and/or companion diagnostics
  • Goal-oriented attitude, analytical mindset, and ability to work effectively within an agile organization and cross-functional teams
  • Ambitious, intrinsically motivated, and efficient working attitude paired with strong problem-solving skills
  • Graduated in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine, or bioengineering (e.g. biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, biomedical studies or related) with Dipl. or M.Sc. or PhD or similar study/education in life sciences or medicine
  • Ideal experience in the development of PCR-based assays, high software affinity
  • Experience working in a regulated environment under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English
  • Willingness to travel on business
