About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Adoption Technical Lead to join our team at MobiLab Solutions GmbH. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to our project teams, ensuring that critical technical decisions are taken in a timely manner throughout the delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, ensuring that technical decisions are taken in a timely manner.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks, distribute work efficiently, and foster a productive team environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and ensure that expectations are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Advocate for quality standards and best practices to improve delivery quality.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation within the technical team.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing multi-functional teams of engineers.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background in one of the many facets of Azure.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarise complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, summarize project progress, and take ownership of projects.
  • Collaboration: Humble and willing to learn from others in a collaborative team environment.
