Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology, seeking a highly skilled Internal IT Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective governance of our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and IT systems.
  • Provide audit support and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance IT governance and risk management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for IT governance and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Expert knowledge of IT systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
