Ein erfolgreicher IT Governance Analyst in dieser Rolle konzentriert sich auf drei Hauptbereiche: Business Process Management, Auditunterstützung und Risikomanagement. Darüber hinaus werden Sie die Bemühungen im Risikomanagement unterstützen, indem Sie mit Interessengruppen zusammenarbeiten, um Risiken zu mindern und die IT-Sicherheit zu gewährleisten.
Insgesamt wird Ihr Fachwissen in der IT-Entwicklung, internationale Kommunikation und Projektmanagement unserem Fiserv-Team ermöglichen, Innovationen voranzutreiben und einen bedeutenden Einfluss auf unsere Organisation zu haben.
Hauptherausforderungen:- Detaillierte Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen innerhalb des SDLC erstellen.
- Audit-sichere Prozesskontrollen und Compliance-Nachweise erstellen.
- Als primärer Ansprechpartner für das EMEA SDLC-Supportteam und die Analyse/Dokumentation von Änderungsanforderungen fungieren.
- Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die gesamte CIO Germany Organisation für alle internen und externen Audits (einschließlich aller internen Audits, PCI, ISAE, ISO27001, Kritis, DORA, BaFin IT-Audits, Kundenaudits).
- Überwachung, Managementberichterstattung und zeitnahe Schließung von Prüfungsergebnissen.
Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen IT Governance Analyst, der:
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen Umgebung hat.
- Exzellente Erfahrung mit Managementstrukturen in internationalen Unternehmen (idealerweise US-Unternehmen und Matrixstrukturen) hat.
- Ein tiefes praktisches Wissen in Business-Prozessanalyse/Engineering, Qualitätsmanagementsystemen, Qualitätssicherung in der Softwareentwicklung, Projektmanagementverfahren, IT-Projektmanagement, Durchführung von Prozessaudits, IT-Risikomanagementverfahren hat.
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich (EFR C1), besitzt.
