Lead Environment Artist

Crytek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Environment Artist to join our team. As a key member of our art team, you will be responsible for leading the creation of high-quality environment assets for our AAA title, Crysis 4.
Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day management of the art team, ensuring timely delivery of assets and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with the Art Director to develop and implement the art vision and style for the project.
- Develop and maintain good working practices and structure for the project, based on scope and resources.
- Ensure good art asset standards are set and achieved across the team.
- Manage and plan the needs of the art team, balancing commercial needs with creative demands.
- Extensive games experience, with at least 1 AAA title shipped as a Lead Artist.
- Strong understanding of current game art processes, limitations, and dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage, plan, and organize time, as well as work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Team leadership qualities and a team player.
