Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of food products, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring they meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and functions.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
