Job Title: YouTube Manager Continental Europe

BMG RIGHTS MANAGEMENT GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced YouTube Manager Continental Europe to join our Recordings team in Berlin. As a key member of our streaming team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive YouTube strategy to maximize reach and revenues for our artist roster in Continental Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with YouTube in CEU
  • Work closely with internal teams, including A&R, Product Managers/Marketing, Catalogue, and Supply Chain, as well as local streaming managers in each territory
  • Collaborate with global peers to refine and implement BMG's global YouTube strategy
  • Ensure optimal YouTube setup for our artists, including channel management, monetization reviews, and content creation
  • Pitch our repertoire to the Music Team at YouTube and plan, pitch for, and execute partnerships with YouTube, live events, and other content productions
  • Monitor KPIs and report to internal and artist teams to derive strategies for our frontline and catalogue repertoire
Requirements:
  • Professional education in marketing or music & creative industries and relevant work experience in recorded music, artist management, digital marketing, or a similar area
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to execute opportunities under tight deadlines
  • Fluency in German and English
