Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team player to provide exceptional service to our international guests. As a Front Office Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, managing guest reservations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Become familiar with our hotel's operations and services to provide accurate information to guests.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage guest reservations, including room changes and cancellations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
- Fluency in German and English languages.
