Key Information:
Location: Germany | Team Size: 8 | Reports to: Team Lead SAM Operations | Visa Requirements: Valid work permit for Germany | Language Requirements: Fluent German and proficiency in English is preferred, both written and spoken.
Our SAM Operations team is expanding, and we are seeking a new team member to join us. In this position, you will engage in ongoing services where you will assist our clients and provide guidance on daily challenges related to licensing management.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Continuous support for our recurring clients in daily operational tasks related to license management, including entering licenses and agreements into SAM systems, approving payments, and preparing various reports.
- Conducting software assessments to collect information and manage incoming inquiries within the licensing domain.
- Identifying new business prospects for our clients.
- Providing pre-sales assistance to the Crayon sales teams.
- Creating client-specific documentation and collaborating closely with the SAM team.
Your Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience with SAM tools such as Snow, Flexera, and/or ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- 1+ year of experience in large-scale projects in a client-facing role.
- A Bachelor's degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
