- You will collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand functional requirements and analyze existing NetSuite processes to identify areas for improvement
- You will work closely with the ERP team to configure NetSuite modules according to business needs and design workflows, forms, and reports to streamline operations while ensuring adherence to NetSuite standards and guidelines
- You will address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to system usage, provide training sessions to end-users on NetSuite functionality, and promote efficient utilization of NetSuite features
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support NetSuite integrations with other systems, ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite and external applications, and implement best practices for data synchronization and real-time updates
- You will document data management processes, functional configurations, and customizations, create user guides and reference materials, and share insights and best practices within the team
- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science)
- You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You are familiar with NetSuite or other ERP systems, which is advantageous
- You possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent English language skills (Written & Verbal)
