Project Manager for High-Voltage Substation Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BKW Energy Solutions. As a Project Manager for High-Voltage Substation Planning, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of high-voltage substation projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-voltage substation projects.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, plan, and execute high-voltage substation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and identify potential issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage substation planning and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering high-voltage substation projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices for high-voltage substation planning and project management.
