About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at BKW Energy Solutions. As a Project Manager for High-Voltage Substation Planning, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of high-voltage substation projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, plan, and execute high-voltage substation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-voltage substation planning and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
