Business Analyst Intern

We're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Intern. As a key member of our HCM team in MEE, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with high-value customers to help them maximize their investment in the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) suite.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyze cultural differences in our HXM MEE customer base to target and optimize the service portfolio
- Define the scope of the service portfolio to be analyzed (HXM focus)
- Identify representative customers in every region
- Establish a structured interview guide
- Interview at least 30-40 customers on service consumption
- Analyze the feedback and interview results
- Derive recommendations and establish an improvement plan
- Present the results within the HXM Global Leadership meeting
Your Skills and Qualifications
- English and German language skills necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Analytical, results-driven, and solution-oriented approach
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Structured and organized approach to task management
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and LOBs
About Our Team
The HCM team in MEE works closely with high-value customers to help them maximize their investment in the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) suite. Our Customer Success Managers/Partners strive to increase customer satisfaction and retention by driving usage and adoption of our HCM solution, thereby safeguarding contract renewal.
