Pedagogical Caregiver

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator, Child Development Specialist, or Pedagogical Caregiver to provide high-quality care and education to children from 4 months to school age.

About the Role:

• Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the well-being and safety of children.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education and care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality programs that meet the diverse needs of children and families.

Requirements:

• Completed qualification in early childhood education and care (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education).
• Experience working with children from 0-6 years, preferably in a similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality care and education.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and care.
