We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) Group Compliance to join our dynamic team in Holzwickede. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of compliance while contributing to the success of a leading logistics company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and optimize the E-Learning training process for compliance initiatives.
  • Support the ongoing development and refinement of our robust Compliance Management System (CMS).
  • Contribute to the creation and revision of essential policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Develop engaging training materials and presentations to educate employees on compliance best practices.
  • Provide administrative support for various compliance-related activities.
  • Participate in planning and executing compliance events to raise awareness and promote a culture of compliance.

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled student pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in compliance and regulatory matters, coupled with strong IT proficiency and expertise in MS Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in compliance or a similar role is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, analytical thinking, responsibility, and reliability.
  • Fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
