Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at WOLFF & MÜLLER Holding GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all procurement activities for large-scale projects in civil engineering and road construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
• Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including tendering, price comparisons, and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors
• Develop and implement procurement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in procurement and a proven track record of delivering results in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in a field such as procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations, including VOB
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
