Become a part of our team as a Trainee focusing on Payment Consulting.

In this role, you will provide guidance to both commercial and business clients on enhancing their payment processes. Your mission will be to create customized solutions for business accounts while fostering existing and new client relationships. You will collaborate closely with our specialists from the Business Customer Center.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing and broadening payment transaction capabilities
  • Advising on point-of-sale systems
  • Facilitating in-store payment acceptance
  • Creating solutions for online and mobile commerce
  • Incorporating e-mobility into payment frameworks
  • Streamlining cash management processes
  • Growing card services
  • Managing digital invoicing
  • Assisting with e-government initiatives
  • Executing loyalty programs such as the CityCard Jena-Saale-Holzland

Your qualifications:

You possess a talent for sales and have strong advisory capabilities, enjoying direct interaction with clients. As a digital innovator, you are enthusiastic about cutting-edge solutions and technological advancements. Your ability to make sound decisions, resilience, and teamwork are key strengths. Ideally, you hold a qualification as a Bank/Sparkasse Clerk and are eager to independently pursue and maintain new knowledge.
