Your Role

We are looking for a Data Protection Specialist (w/m/d) to join our team in Altenholz, Bremen, Halle (Saale), Hamburg, Magdeburg, Potsdam, or Rostock. As a Data Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert advice to our internal departments and external clients on data protection matters
  • Implementing data protection measures in combination with the BSI-Grundschutz
  • Practically implementing the Standard Data Protection Model (SDM)
  • Conducting risk analyses and data protection impact assessments
  • Conducting workshops with internal departments and external clients

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong affinity for IT
  • In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations, particularly the Standard Data Protection Model (SDM), and several years of experience in the data protection field
  • First-hand experience in security processes and BSI-Grundschutz
  • Knowledge of project management, process management, and agile methods is desirable
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills combined with advisory competence
