Wir entwickeln zukunftssichere Personalstrategien, die direkt aus der Unternehmensstrategie abgeleitet sind, um Wertschöpfung zu ermöglichen.

  • Du unterstützt Personalvorstände und Entscheidungsträger bei der nachhaltigen und zukunftsorientierten Ausrichtung von HR.
  • Bei der Planung, Überwachung und Steuerung strategischer HR-Initiativen sorgst Du für die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Du koordinierst interne und externe Ressourcen für eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung und identifizierst sowie bewertest Risiken innerhalb der HR-Projekte, um Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung zu entwickeln.
  • Wir arbeiten eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um Strukturen und Prozesse aus einer End-to-End- und Mitarbeitererfahrungsperspektive zu gestalten und zu analysieren. Dabei gewährleisten wir eine klare und effektive Kommunikation innerhalb der HR-Teams und mit anderen Abteilungen.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang analysierst Du die Durchführung von HR-Projekten, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Aufbereitung der Projektergebnisse für Präsentationen.
