HR Controller

We are looking for a skilled HR Controller to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating the budgeting process for personnel costs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze personnel costs, identifying areas for cost reduction and optimization.
- Collect and communicate key personnel cost-related data to stakeholders.
- Prepare accounting decisions and participate in monthly and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate on business management projects and optimization measures.
- Ensure and maintain SAP Cost Center key figures.
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in finance & accounting / controlling.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations HGB and StB.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Desirable: knowledge of BI tools, e.g. Power BI.
- Excellent German language skills and communication skills in English.
